Please see the response to local resident concerns regarding the above mentioned development :

I have attached the report that came to the Housing Committee meeting last Thursday and the details in the report were agreed at this meeting. There are now plans to meet with all those who are directly affected by these plans to share more comprehensive information to them and answer any questions. I would also like to point out that the plans will still have to go the planning committee for approval and they will be further scope for councillors and residents to have their say in the future on these plans .In normal times we could have held a public meeting or residents could have come to one of our ward surgeries to discuss these matters, but because of Covid-19 we have found it very difficult to organise such meetings. We will still try our best to communicate to our residents in these very challenging times.

Thanks for sharing the PDF for the development of Colville Road Phase 3. I was writing resumewriters reviews when I got to know about this development. It made me happy.

I live on the High Street, and have only just heard about this plan and how it will impact my street. The Block B plans are particularly ugly and bad for the High Street. If this goes ahead it is going to massively change the character of Cherry Hinton High Street for all of us who live here. I hope others will object strongly now that the planning application is up online. It's not easy to find your way through the documents, but basically they want to build a three-story block of flats right up the fences of the current gardens.
